THE HERD
at Remur Park
Herd Sessions
Term 3
Week 1: Mud & Magic
We’ll stomp, scoop, mix and meet - creating mud pies with our names, brewing potions full of feelings, and gently saying hello to our ponies and chickens. A soft start to a big adventure.
Week 2: Tiny Builders
Bring your imagination and your muddy boots! We’ll build tiny towns and pony trails, mix pretend cement, and create bark-block masterpieces with big tools for little hands.
Week 3: Wormy Worlds
Get ready to dig deep - this week we’re exploring what’s under the ground! With wormy potions, muddy hooves, soil scooping, and compost concoctions, we’ll celebrate everything squishy, slimy, and wiggly.
Week 4: Feathers in the Wind
Let the wind lead us! We’ll follow floating feathers, whisper to ponies, craft streamers, and explore how the world feels when we slow down and listen closely.
Week 5: Moonlight & Stardust
We will mix calming “stardust” potions, cook crater soup in the mud kitchen, and build tiny moon gardens under the trees. It’s a week of sparkle, stillness, and sensory calm — where we explore the magic of the moon and the rhythm of rest.
Week 6: Seeds & Tiny Gardens
We’ll grow gardens from the ground up - mixing soil, planting seeds, crafting garden potions, and helping our ponies (and chickens!) enjoy fresh herbs and garden goodies.
Week 7: Fire & Glow
Let’s gather around a fire circle for lantern making, ember fizz potions, warm colours, and glowing stories. A cosy week full of sparks, stories and slow brushing.
Week 8: Flower Festival
Our most colourful week! We'll be making flower crowns, mixing petal potions, decorating ponies with garlands, and turning the whole farm into a blooming celebration.
Week 9: Bees & Gentle Buzz
Buzz, scoop, pour and hum — we’ll follow flower trails, mix nectar potions, make buzzing bee mobiles, and move with rhythm and focus alongside our ponies and chickens.
Week 10: Crowns & Hoofprints
A soft and joyful ending to our term. We’ll reflect on our favourite moments, build a mini Remur Park world, crown ourselves with pride, and give one last big thank-you to the animals before we say goodbye (for now).
